I’m emailing about the Hog Roast Booked by Morley Y (my dad) and wanted to email you some feedback.
I’m really bad with names so can’t remember the two people who hosted the hog roast. However, I would like to just compliment them on how amazing, polite, respectful and lovely they both were.
My daughter is 14 years old and autistic with complex learning disability. She was extremely overwhelmed and finds interactions very difficult. She struggled to communicate with your staff and I obviously supported her. Both staff members were very quick in recognising her difficulties and adapted their questions and language so well, that when she went back for a second plate less support was needed by me.
It honestly was a breath of fresh air for individuals, especially younger individuals to recognise, accommodate and adapt so quickly with no prompting. This really did make our entire experience far more enjoyable, as this hasn’t always been the case unfortunately. I’d really like the recognition and praise to your staff that not only did they do your company proud, but as a parent of a child with complex needs they really created a positive experience that we will cherish so thank you.
