It has been an odd summer so far with a good start of plenty of sun now giving way to days of rain showers and gusty winds. However, where possible we at Hog Roast Southfleet are still determined to make the most of the summer season, and thankfully many of our customers are too.
Here at Hog Roast Southfleet, we have many ways to switch it up on the day of an event and provide the best dining service possible in any given circumstances. Our teams are well versed with flexible conditions for events and know just how to respond to any changing situation, and our equipment too gives us the versatility required for events.
For example, with our hog roasting machines able to also barbecue, we can set up just about anywhere, indoor or out. Obviously we’d always prefer to be outside for a barbecue, and so when we do so we make sure to bring our marquee tent to cover over our foods and chefs so that if the weather does begin to turn at least our foods and customers are well protected when it comes time for serving. No matter what the summer may throw at us, we still want to get you your burgers, sausages, and pulled pork rolls out by the dozen!
In gustier conditions, and with the right venues, we can also set up indoors too and still provide the same experience you’d normally get with a summer barbecue – sans the sun, obviously. All we need to produce our roasts or get grilling is a well-ventilated space so that we don’t smoke the event out, but our machines are so well made that they can be set up nearly anywhere. It might not look like summer dining, but it will most certainly still taste like it with Hog Roast Southfleet!
