You’ll be able to help yourself to your favourite Italian meats, breads and cheeses – from Prosciutto di Parma, salami, Parmagiano, ciabatta, herb focaccia, breadsticks, Gorgonzola and buffalo mozzarella – which you can drizzle with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. The main course is then served buffet-style and alongside your tasty hog roast, you’ll get to choose from four sides of gourmet coleslaw in a lemon mayo, a tomato and mozzarella salad, a selection of salad leaves and a potato option of either buttered new potatoes with chives or roasties with rosemary and garlic.
