It was an absolute pleasure for Hog Roast Gravesend to be able to help Stuart and Mandy celebrate the birth of their twin baby daughters, Eve and Holly, who arrived unexpectedly a couple of days before Christmas – talk about an early present! And with the pair arriving 3 weeks earlier than planned, Mandy and Stuart spent much of the holidays in the hospital and adjusting to life as new parents, meaning they didn’t get a chance to spend time with their loved ones over the festive period.
So, after allowing themselves some time to settle in and enjoy their little one’s, Mandy and Stuart decided that they wanted to plan a small party to show off the new arrivals to the rest of their families and to give everyone the chance to have a proper introduction with the latest additions. Of course, with any size of party comes the need for catering, and so as to make things easier on themselves as busy new parents, the couple had arranged for Hog Roast Gravesend to take the reins and serve our Gourmet BBQ Menu to the 40 guests who had been invited to join in the celebrations.
To the couple’s delight, Jason, our catering manager, made sure that the booking process was plain sailing from beginning to end, which allowed them both to enjoy the days leading up to their party without the need for unnecessary stress. And when it came time to celebrate on Saturday, they were so pleased with the attention to detail and professionalism of our caterers, who made the experience a fun and memorable one for everyone who attended.
Hog Roast Gravesend’s feast of homemade British beef burgers, gourmet sausages, succulent chicken kebabs, spareribs dripping with a classic BBQ marinade, mixed fries and refreshing salad options were all perfect for the relaxed and informal tone that Mandy and Stuart had wanted for their get-together. The guests had a great time and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the grab-and-go style food, which gave them enough freedom to mingle, enjoy the atmosphere and coo over Mandy and Stuart’s adorable twins.
