Hog Roast Bexley’s latest event was a lunchtime catering job for a team of hard workers. Client Willis wanted a special lunchtime buffet for his retail team and that’s exactly what the team delivered.
Willis worked with the Hog Roast Bexley team to put together a buffet menu that would delight the team of 15. Client Willis wanted a tasty buffet for his team, one that would give them plenty of energy to keep working throughout their long shift.
As part of the catering package that Client Willis paid for not only would the Hog Roast Bexley provide a delicious lunch, but they would also provide a Chef. Friendly Chef Jason was tasked with bringing Client Willis’s vision to life.
Chef Jason arrived at the workplace venue several hours before the 1pm serving time. In the hours leading up to the serving time Chef Jason set up the cooking equipment outside the workplace and got to work on creating all the dishes.
When the staff broke for their lunch break they were met with a wonderful feast that Chef Jason had made himself by hand. There was a scrumptious Classic Hog Roast- a slow spit roasted pig that was served with crispy crackling, homemade sage and onion stuffing and apple sauce. Alongside this there was a tasty vegetarian alternative and a platter of BBQ Pulled jackfruit. The buffet also had lots of piping hot seasonal vegetables for the guests to tuck into. Finishing off the buffet was a large platter of new potatoes that had been roasted in rosemary and garlic, there was also a basket of soft gluten free rolls.
The staff were delighted with the buffet that Chef Jason had created for them and they tucked into it with great eagerness! Once they had eaten their fill he quietly tidied away. All the rubbish from the event was gathered up by Jason and was later disposed of responsibly by the Hog Roast Bexley team.
Client Willis was thrilled, everything had been exactly as he had wanted.
