Our team will be catering for the occasion, leaving Laurie to make the most of the evening with her guests. For the menu, we will be serving our delicious festive buffet menu, followed by a delicious dessert option. On the day of the meal, the Hog Roast Southfleet team will arrive at Laurie’s home in the morning and begin to prepare for the 8:00pm serving time. We will begin by whole-roasting the turkey, which will be cooked to perfection to ensure that it is packed full of natural juices and flavours. Once it is time to serve, the succulent turkey will be expertly carved by our chef and served alongside a selection of festive trimmings.
