With spring approaching, Hog Roast Gravesend are being hired to cater for more outdoor events, including this birthday party taking place in April. The Hog Roast Gravesend team was contacted by Keiron to cater for his birthday meal, which was taking place in the garden of his home. the garden was set to be decorated with lights and plants, with plenty of space to enjoy a good meal and some great dancing. The menu needed to be suitable for 40 guests and include a delicious meat-free option, as 20 guests are vegetarians. This was not a problem for Hog Roast Gravesend, and we began to plan our alfresco menu for the occasion!
Our alfresco menu begins with sharing platters which are served to the seated guests. The platters include a selection of gourmet meats and cheeses, as well as fresh bread and salad dishes. The starters combine a selection of tastes and textures to create a great meal for everyone to enjoy!
Following this, the guests will be served a classic Hog Roast Gravesend main course, consisting of a slow-roasted pork and all of the trimmings. Alternatively, guests can enjoy halloumi and vegetable skewers, which are tasty and nutritious!
The menu finishes with gourmet desserts, with the guests choosing between a variety of delicious options. The variety ensures everyone can enjoy the final course and enjoy the rest of the event.
