Nic has always been very family-orientated, especially since he grew up with 5 siblings and 7 aunties and uncles. After having 4 children of his own, his family is just continuing to grow! As everyone has grown up, family members have moved away from Dartford for work, school, or travel, meaning that the family unit is much more dispersed than it used to be. This makes casual gatherings very difficult and, instead, the family aim to meet a couple of times- once in summer and once in winter. For the winter gathering, Nic is planning on having everyone gather in his home, which will have a heated marquee in the garden to ensure that there is plenty of space. Nic is also planning on providing a delicious buffet for the guests to enjoy and she has contacted our catering manager Jason to find out more information. Jason suggested a BBQ menu for the occasion, as it includes the widest variety of dishes.
Our Gourmet BBQ menu includes a variety of main dishes, including pork sausages, juicy British beef burgers, veggie sausages, marinated chicken kebabs, halloumi and vegetable skewers, and BBQ spareribs. The mains will all be served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sweet potato fries, homemade chips, crunchy coleslaw, corn cobettes, mac and cheese, and seasonal salad dishes.
