For this New Year’s Eve, Hog Roast Strood has been hired by Marcus, the manager of a local village pub. Every year the pub does something to mark the start of the new year, often including plenty of drinks and dancing! This year, to draw in new customers, Marcus has also planned to provide a delicious meal, prepared by Hog Roast Strood. This is a guaranteed way to attract new guests and to keep your customers satisfied for longer because no one can resist the taste and smell of our catering! For the menu, we will serve our Gourmet BBQ menu, as this is a great menu for serving buffet style to large groups of guests.
In preparation for this event, we have planned to serve a wide variety of mains, including succulent pork sausages, veggie sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. This selection ensures that there is something for everyone to enjoy and more than enough to go around. As well as the mains, we will also be serving homemade chips, sweet potato fries, a variety of salad dishes, corn on the cob, and crunchy coleslaw. This menu is a great choice for serving at a pub and can be enjoyed in the beer garden or indoors, depending on how busy the venue becomes.
