After all, when you’ve got a speciality in hog roast dining it only makes sense that you would want to get your foods out to even more people. The brilliance of a hog roast is that one alone could feed one hundred guests. We’re not having to plan it 90 individual dishes because our hog roast just allows us to portion out as required. When combined with our added crackling, sage and onion stuffing, potatoes, salads, veggies, etc, it is easy to make portion changes even late in the day! That means that our wedding last week held at the Bird in Hand pub in Dartford could still be just as delicious for
each and every guest as though it were still 90 guests, rather than 120!
