Will has been wanting to host a Halloween party for a while now and is finally in a position to do so, as he has a home with a large garden and plenty of room to host guests. With the party approaching, he had several different aspects to plan to ensure that the event ran smoothly. He began with the guest list and decided to invite 70 of his friends and family, as well as some colleagues and neighbours. As he has invited guests of all ages, he wanted his entertainment to reflect this, so he created a great music playlist, and planned for Halloween party games, a costume contest, and plenty of room to dance! He already had his venue sorted and simply needed to organise decorations for the event, which was easy enough to arrange. The final aspect was the catering and, luckily for William, he had Hog Roast Southfleet on hand to do the work for him!
After looking through our catering menus, William decided that a classic hog roast would be ideal, with a few additional main dishes added on. We plan to roast a hog on the day of the event to ensure that it is as fresh as possible. The hog will then be carved and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside pork and veggie sausages. For the side dishes, we will provide sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, seasonal salad dishes, and fresh chips. This menu has something for everyone to enjoy and will appeal to guests of all ages.
