We all love a good classic barbie don’t we? A favourite amongst Brits for the summer sunshine as we all get a buzz out of rushing to the park and sparking up whatever disposable barbecue ranges we can get our hands on. But of course the barbecue experience can become convoluted and clumsy with such sparse preparation (simply because we can never account for when the sun will actually show up!) so you’re going to want to instead come on over to a caterer like Hog Roast Bean next time and ensure an immense barbecue experience that won’t disappoint!
If you don’t believe us then you might just want to ask Jeremy and wife Fonda who enjoyed our gourmet barbecue range along with a collection of friends and family at their home in Bean. Jane and Jeremy had intended on going on holiday to celebrate their 33rd anniversary year, but instead decided to remain at home and put together an event with their nearest and dearest too. Perfect for Hog Roast Bean since we can’t quite lug our cooking equipment off to Tenerife (yet…)!
With a huge garden for guests to stretch out in and our catering manager to get set up in it was a perfect environment to do our business and go about indulging the party of 24 with our famed barbecued foods. Our barbecue range puts a turn on your British favourites, producing them in a handmade gourmet style for your eating pleasure.
We cook fresh on site, as you would any barbecue, meaning guests got to see our catering manager flipping away at a selection of handmade beef burgers, gourmet sausages, chicken skewers, and BBQ marinated ribs on the grill. Our service team in the meantime also whipped up a fresh Greek salad of ripe plum tomatoes, crisp cucumber, green and black olives, and of course some creamy Greek feta cheese, along with our homemade coleslaw, and a selection of sweet potato and regular season fries mixed together.
Guests were free to grab as many rolls as needed and stack their plates up as high as possible – there is always plenty to go around with Hog Roast Bean!
Another barbecue served in the Hog Roast Bean style! We’ll see you again when the sun reappears again!
