Kicking off your celebration in style, our highly-experienced team of waiting staff will serve gorgeously arranged platters of parma ham, salami, buffalo mozzarella, Parmigiano and gorgonzola with olives, sundried tomatoes and crusty artisan loaves on bamboo boards to guests’ tables. To maximise the flavours, we will also be sure to include some extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressings.
While everyone is digging into the flavoursome antipasti boards, Hog Roast Tadworth will work on finishing up the main course: a full-size, free-range hog that will have already been slowly rotating over a low flame for a handful of hours before the arrival of the guests. After carving off the beautifully rendered skin to reveal an interior of juicy, fork-tender meat, contrasted by the crispy crackling with plenty of air bubbles, our team will begin packing the meat onto individual wholemeal and gluten-free rolls, along with savoury stuffing and applesauce. Veggies and vegans need not miss out on all the fun either, as we have several meat-free options available for you to choose from, which pair beautifully with our inclusive salad and potato side dishes.
Keeping everyone happy as the festivities come to an end, our Hog Roast Tadworth crew will serve two scrumptious puddings of your choosing, and while everyone is digging in, we’ll start discreetly disposing of the aftermath – yes, you won’t even have to handle the cleanup when we’re involved!
