The conference went ahead in the middle of last week, and as usual, the Hog Roast Banstead catering team never failed to impress with their flawless execution of the menu. Serving the attendees our famous slow-roasted free-range pig with pork rinds and savoury stuffing, thyme and salt-rubbed chicken with chipolata sausages and vegan-friendly BBQ pulled jackfruit rolls dressed in hickory sauce, not forgetting the inclusive side options too, Mike was stunned by the exceptional attention to detail that our crew presented.
