Okay, so a third national lockdown probably wasn’t how any of us envisioned starting off the new year, but that doesn’t mean 2021 can’t still be your year!
With things now starting to look up, our diaries for the next two years are beginning to fill up fast, with clients placing bookings for all sorts of different events. So, whether you’re hoping to get hitched, celebrate a milestone birthday or mark a special anniversary, then why not get in touch with Hog Roast Welling today? Because it’s never too early to start the ball rolling on those pivotal occasions, especially now that everyone is looking forward to a good time!
If you choose Hog Roast Welling, then our catering manager, Jason, will be in your corner through every step of the way to ease your worries and answer any queries you have regarding your catering plan. First of all, assisting with finding the ideal menu for your all-important day; then ensuring the event itself runs smoothly with food served on time and dishes cleared away at the end.
As a spit-roasting veteran, Jason has left countless of our customers with happy memories to look back on, and this year, he’s looking forward to helping, even more, to be made; which brings us to our latest booking.
Recently, Hog Roast Welling was approached by a newly-engaged couple, Ciara and Josh, who were looking for us to handle the food for their wedding reception. The ceremony is scheduled to go ahead later on this year, and good weather provided, will take place outdoors on the grounds of a stunning manor house hotel. Of course, with such an elegant backdrop, Ciara and Josh had been in search of an equally sophisticated menu – and we certainly didn’t disappoint!
Having handled plenty of similar events in the past, Jason was quick to recommend our wedding menu 4, which features a drinks service and delicious homemade canapes, followed by a plated three-course meal with a tea and coffee service to finish. Ciara and Josh immediately loved the sound of this more formal catering set up, and with everything now starting to fall into place, their big day can’t come soon enough!
