The nation’s number one hog roast catering service that you see before you now began from a very small team, whom over thirty years made many mistakes to get to this point now. From a small team there is a now a vast family of Spitting Pig franchises like Hog Roast Wilmington all over the country, each proud to produce exceptional services for our customers across private, corporate, and wedding events.
Getting to this point has always been about our customers and their voices. After an event we always want to return to the actual customer who hired us. You can gauge plenty from guests during the actual event with how plates come back and how many guests returns for seconds, but it is the customer themselves that matters most. Their feedback is most valuable. They asked for the service; we have to fulfil that commitment to our very best, and if we haven’t then there is a massive amount of room to improve for the whole Hog Roast Wilmington team. That feedback can include parts of the service outside of the event itself, such as how our admin team communicated with the customer, how the planning went, and even how we acquit ourselves at the very last moments as we pack up from the event. It’s all a part of the sauce that makes Hog Roast Wilmington.
Of late we have been delighted to receive many glowing reviews from our customers – and that feedback has included everything. One review remarked upon the helpfulness of our pre-event call just to confirm logistics and set everything in order. Another directly names our chefs Jason and Isiah for their politeness, friendliness, and of course the deliciousness of their dishes – calling the food “insanely good”. There was even special mention for how the Hog Roast Wilmington team handled their dogs at the event, which may sound like a small thing, but often that is what makes the difference between being the nation’s favoured hog roast caterer, and not!
While you keep up with the kind words, we’ll keep doing what we do best at Hog Roast Wilmington!
