While not a traditional time of year for a barbecue in the UK, when the sun is out we at Hog Roast Greenhithe see little reason not to enjoy one of the very best dining experiences around. The same goes for when the sun isn’t out, as our unique means of catering and cooking means you can still get valued and stylish barbecue dining to your biggest celebrations, even when the party has to be taken indoors.
Luckily, however, when we had our gourmet barbecue range out at a very special party at the end of September, the weather held on just enough for us to be able to do things properly in the bright autumn sun. This was a special event that some might consider to be at the more intimate end of our catering services. With 40 guests to serve, this wasn’t an event into the hundreds which meant more time for each guest, which of course also means even more food to go around too – which is exactly what you want to hear anytime you see Hog Roast Greenhithe’s catering van rolling around! The event was all about celebration, as it was very special party held between friends and family. Sometimes it is these types of events, where the reason for the day is just to enjoy good company, that become our most enjoyed. You have everyone in good mood with no strict schedule to stick by; just good vibes, good food, and good food the entire time!
Adding to that good time was our head chef Jason, who brought out a slice of summer in our gourmet barbecue range for this September event. It’s almost like a classic barbecue, only delivering even better versions of all the classics along with a few unique and exciting additions of our own. The party here enjoyed our gourmet beef burgers, butcher’s quality sausages, and Thai spiced chicken kebabs, all served with fried onions and cheese upon request. Our sides added to the summer vibes, with Greek salad, creamy gourmet slaw, and fresh fries available for guests.
