It’s not everyday you turn 60 – in fact, it only happens once! That is all the cause needed to go all out with the celebrations, which is exactly what our highlighted customer of the week at Hog Roast Fleet did, coming to the experts in hog roast catering to order a massive menu for their 60th birthday event!
With 50 guests lined up for the occasion held here in Fleet, our customer was not accepting any kind of half measures. When working alongside our catering manager, Jason, the customer wanted to go all out with the very best of all that we have in our multiple menus. Of course, our answer was to go to our signature dining experience, the hog roast. This one dish alone can usually feed around a hundred guests – and that is before you get to all of the many accompaniments that typically come with it.
But even this was not enough of a full measure for our customer, who then insisted on further additions from our gourmet barbecue menu. Always looking to please, Jason and the Hog Roast Fleet of course excitedly accepted. When it’s a vast, glorious menu you want for your celebration, with Hog Roast Fleet that is exactly what you are going to get!
Joining our already massive hog roast, an addition of 20 grilled marinated chicken thighs and 20 more grilled gourmet sausages – made from the very best butcher’s quality meat in the UK. Our roast was always joined by its typical accompaniments – homemade sage and onion stuffing, crispy golden crackling, fresh apple sauce – along with further sides of creamy red cabbage slaw, tomato and mozzarella salad, mixed leaf salad, regular fries and sweet potato fries, grilled veg an halloumi skewers, and even our BBQ pulled jackfruit as a further vegan alternative to our signature dish.
With all that on the table, it was up to guests to come by the Hog Roast Fleet buffet table at their own leisure throughout the evening. A massive menu or not, when the foods are this good at Hog Roast Fleet, they still end up snapped up quick throughout the party!
