Sarah runs a bar in Dartford that specialises in signature cocktails and offers cocktail masterclasses and lessons. This Valentine’s Day, she is hosting a themed cocktail class for couples to enjoy. The guests will be learning how to make several themed drinks and enjoying a night in the luxury bar environment. On top of the entertainment, Sarah has hired Hog Roast Eynsford to cater for the occasion with a delicious buffet menu. She discussed several options with our catering manager Jason, before it was decided that a classic hog roast would be ideal.
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Eynsford team will arrive at the bar in the afternoon and begin to prepare for the 8:00pm serving time. We will begin by slow-roasting the hog and ensuring that it is cooked to perfection on-site. Once ready, it will be expertly carved by Jason and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we will be serving BBQ-pulled jackfruit, which is a delicious meat-free option. The mains will be served alongside homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, and a fresh green leaf salad, creating a varied and nutritious evening meal. This event is sure to be a lot of fun and it is no surprise that it is already sold out since it is such a perfect way to spend Valentine’s Day.
