Even as one wedding season ends at Hog Roast Greenhithe, we are always thinking about the next one. This summer was a brilliant one for our wedding catering team, with so many incredible and colourful celebrations of love held just about every week through the summer season. You lot kept us busy with your wedding orders – and that isn’t even including the many other wedding adjacent events, such as engagement parties, bridal showers, pre and post-wedding brunches, stag and hen dos, the lot.
Now as the temperatures drop we can officially say goodbye to the wedding season and reflect on what an excellent one it was once again. But we don’t have all too long until the next one kicks into gear, with orders already coming our way for summer in 2027. That means the work begins right away here at Hog Roast Greenhithe, so it’s out with the reflection and in with the looking ahead once more!
Already we are putting together so many excellent dining plans with bride and grooms-to-be, and we can’t wait to get going with many more soon too. One of the best way in which we prepare for a new wedding season is by attending the various wedding fairs held by our many partner venues and industry agents. You may have seen one or two of these massive wedding showcases cropping up on our socials already. The Hog Roast Greenhithe team have had a great time showcasing our own services with free samples at these shows, and we’re looking ahead to a few more to come both this year and into next. If you have never been to a show or would just like a good chat and a free hog roast sample sometime soon, then we would massively encourage you to look out wedding venues and agencies in your area. Chances are they will have a showcase or fair at some point in the near future, and we can attest to the brilliance and fun of each, even just as a day out without having a wedding to plan!
Should you catch the Hog Roast Greenhithe wedding team at one near you, then we’ll look forward to planning your special in the oncoming wedding season for 2027 too!
