One of our favourite services to run of late at Hog Roast Ebbsfleet has been our corporate catering lunches. Perhaps it has been because of the quick rise from the summer, as office teams come back together and regular work schedules settle in again; perhaps it is because it is the service that brings us back to repeat customers the most, allowing us to really develop a good working relationship and a personal one too with guests who remember us and we remember back. Or perhaps it is just because we’ve hit a really good rhythm with them lately, as the Hog Roast Ebbsfleet team promises efficient and professional dining for our work clients that adds to their day rather than hinders and breaks it up.
One such fast and professional lunch service came along this past week, as the Hog Roast Ebbsfleet played akin to fast food caterers for a corporate client – only with much more quality, care, and attention. Our corporate catered lunches have always been designed to work alongside our client’s schedule. We know that the work day only has so many hours, so to break one up with a full lunch service can slow down your work output and productivity. Sometimes that is just fine of course, especially if in the long run such a lunch service is creating a better working atmosphere for staff and clients, improving morale and thus improving work rate overall. Other times however, we know it is our task to get in and out cleanly and efficiently with a good dozen guests well fed in the process.
This was closer to the latter as the Hog Roast Ebbsfleet provided a special burger lunch for 50 guests with one our corporate customers. Our burgers come made from high quality local beefs and are grilled just perfectly by our skilled chef Jason. We also had fried onions, cheese, shredded lettuce and a selection of sauces for each, and just to complete the fast food look we also served each burger in an excellent burger box.
