Having worked in the wedding catering industry going on several decades now, we hear all the time that your wedding day is almost difficult to enjoy because of just how much pressure is on the day and how much is going on. Others will tell us that the whole day goes by like a blur and they barely have a moment to actually get in touch with the day or take much of it in at all. With our dining at Hog Roast Winslow, we do our best to try and slow things down for the bride and groom because of this, just so that they can savour at least one part of the day before the blur begins again.
Others rightfully take a different approach, which is to actually set your celebrations for the day after with a tighter knit group of friends and family. This was the case with our happy couple from this past bank holiday weekend. Having enjoyed their special day the afternoon previous, they then took the Sunday to slow things down and actually enjoy time with family over a special lunch catered by the Hog Roast Winslow team. With so much stress in your actual wedding day, having something the day after when you can actually relax a little more is a great idea.
And what better a way to relax and celebrate than with the famed hog roasts of Hog Roast Winslow. We had an excellent roast lunch all prepared for them and beautifully arranged. The only hard part of the day was deciding over whether just seconds was enough, or if thirds were needed too!
