One business that got the memo is our corporate clients at Manak Solicitors based here in Dartford. The Manak management team got into contact with Hog Roast Chelsfield’s head chef Jason some weeks back with a request for our gourmet barbecue dining. Luckily, we had an open slot free for them! Fast forward to the first day of August and we kick off the month for the Manak team with a very special gourmet barbecue service, which included such delights as our gourmet burgers, sausages, Thai chicken kebabs, and veggie variants with our veggie burgers and sausages. Head chef Jason knows that a barbecue is little without its side accompaniments however, so we made sure to also prepare a tonne of fresh sides such as our speciality chef’s pasta salad, home made gourmet coleslaw, fried onions and cheese for each roll, and roasted new potatoes.
As our own-designed mobile roasting machine also doubles as a grill, our team can keep the burgers, sausages, and kebabs coming throughout the day fresh to order. That meant that all 70 guests could get their plentiful fill of our barbecue and get the very best dining experience each time, from the very first guest to the last to be served.
