As proof once again of the brilliance of this dining style, the Hog Roast Hawley Wharf team were privileged to join for a wonderful service and reception here in Hawley Wharf this past weekend. Be ti a big wedding or small, our dining comes made with the same importance put into every single dish and guest experience. For this one there were only 40 guests – the more modest end of our wedding services. All that meant really was even more chances at seconds and thirds as our hog roast serves up even a hundred alone. Served with crispy crackling, fresh sage and onion stuffing, herb dressed new potatoes, mixed leaves, tomato and mozzarella salad, coleslaw, and grilled veg and halloumi skewers, there was more than enough to go around for every guest.
