Which is exactly what the fine folks at BrightsparkTV did last week! Enjoying their own Christmas party, our clients at BrightsparkTV invited the Hog Roast Northside chefs out to cater a spectacular hog roast Christmas menu from our very own stylish Winter Warmers. Subbing in your classical turkey for our signature hog roast as your ham, it is a winner for every Christmas party this year!
As the BrightsparkTV team well found! We had a wonderful time catering for our client. Each new business customer brings something different to the table, and this one might just be one of the most exciting. BrightsparkTV provide talent services and coaching for TV broadcasters all across the UK. As you can imagine, then, there was a tonne of fun personality in the room of 65 odd. Our own Hog Roast Northside head chef Jason was enjoying taking a few pointers on his serving “banter” – he might even be looking to take on his own TV chef personality in the future now with BrightsparkTV as his talent agent!
Until then however, it is hog roast rolls for our corporate customers! Cooked in the magnificent spit roast style and then hand pulled and finely carved, the BrightsparkTV team enjoyed warm pork rolls with apple sauce, warm crackling, and homemade sage and onion stuffing, with an alternative of vegetarian grilled veg and halloumi skewers served with wraps, tzatziki dip, and sweet chilli sauce. Warming and delicious – just what you want over the festive holidays!
