Courtesy of Jason and the Hog Roast Hawley Mill team, the Helvar team enjoyed a fresh selection from our very special southern slow roast menu. They had the succulent tastes of our BBQ pork butt, the tender meatiness of our 24 hour Texas style beef brisket, and the spice and sizzle of our Cajun marinated roasted chicken thighs to enjoy. Paired with our veggie friendly grilled veg and halloumi skewers, creamy mac and cheese, seasonal leafy greens, and a good helping of regular and sweet potato fries with hot sauces and sweet and smoky BBQ marinades.
It was a quick and excellent lunch service that we are well assured went down an absolute treat with all at the Hawley Mill Helvar site. Thanks to our speciality corporate catering, now hump day can instead be considered Hog Roast Hawley Mill day!
