Let it never be said that Hog Roast Bromley don’t do our utmost by our customers! Last weekend, not even Storm Amy was enough to halt Hog Roast Bromley from delivering our stylishly made roasts. When we say we are dedicated to top end catering we truly mean it – be it through rain, snow, wind or hail! In the question of whether pigs can fly, not even the strong gusts of Storm Amy could put ours to the test at Hog Roast Bromley!
Instead, our day went ahead as planned as we joined Padraig in Bromley for his wife’s very special 40th birthday celebrations planned to be held out in their garden. Even with the party’s gazebo tent almost flying off like a kite, the celebrations were still able to go ahead as fully planned. A little extra effort, a few extra nails pinning the tent down, and the party could go ahead without issue. With our state-of-the-art mobile roasting machines our hog roast had a good bit of cover, too, so that it could still cook as advertised – no wind was going to stop this hog roast from delivering its signature taste and style!
While Storm Amy tried its very best to cancel plans, the Hog Roast Bromley team cooked on regardless. The 100 or so guests that braved the elements were well rewarded for their efforts, coming into a party where they could expect a delicious hog roast, cooked with our homemade sage and onion stuffing, golden crackling, and served up with our fresh apple sauce. For a veggie alternative there grilled veg and halloumi skewers, and all could enjoy their delicious gluten-free roll with our fresh mixed salad, creamy slaw, and mix of excellent Sauce Shop sauces.
The serving tent allowed guest to then enjoy their roll in a good bit of peace away from the howling winds. There may have been some trepidation about whether the tent would last, but thankfully everything went off without a hitch and every bit of our hog roast went down a storm – better than the Amy variety, at the very least!
