Hog Roast Stone – Bringing Out the Colour at Our Catered Weddings

Hog Roast Stone

When it comes to weddings we typically think of white and black – white for the bride’s dress and then usually a black suit, maybe grey, for the groom’s suit. You’ll have table clothes and decorations adorning the room in white, silver, and gold, too. Elegant, maybe, but doesn’t leave much colour in the room outside of the guest’s own suits and dresses.

As a caterer, however, we at Hog Roast Stone can do plenty to bring out the colour in a wedding. As much as we are there to serve delicious foods, no one says you can’t do so with plenty of style and colour. Presentation is everything in catering, especially for an event as special as a wedding. So, then, our chefs and our servers do their part in presenting our foods in the best way possible for the event. We always want our dining experience and menu to really pop, so when you have a white, gold, and

silver, room, a good mix of colour put out on the serving table really looks all the better.

Hog Roast StoneWe saw just so at a wedding this past weekend where our Hog Roast Stone servers putting the perfect finishing touches to our chef’s special meat and cheese platters by arranging them in a beautiful, vibrant, and colourful grazing table display. It was just perfect for the reception as the guests came out of the ceremony to be met with an instant pop of deep reds, greens, yellows, as our antipasti arranged overflowed from the table. It was almost too beautiful to disturb, but we encouraged guests to come and pick at our antipasti meats, cheeses, breads, and snack bites to their own liking. After all, our catering is there to be eaten, even if you can spend a bit of time just admiring it first, too!

If our grazing table brought out the colour, our hog roast main then made sure to complete the stylish experience as it took came out in its typically spectacular manner from the hog roast to guest’s plates. You won’t find many dining experiences more brilliantly presented than this, but it is what we do here at Hog Roast Stone!
